Tag A Paw is a handmade pet tag and memorial jewellery business operated from Essex, UK. All products are custom made to order and personalised by hand.

2. Product Information

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device display and lighting conditions. We recommend checking product photos carefully before ordering.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to purchase our products at the stated price. Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept all major payment methods via Shopify Payments.

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours (1–3 days maximum), but quality always comes first.

4. Personalisation and Custom Orders

Each product is made to order based on your specifications. Once you submit your personalisation details (pet name, contact information, etc.), we begin production. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or amended after production has started.

Please double-check all spelling, names, and contact details before checkout — we can't undo engraving mistakes.

5. Delivery

We dispatch orders via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by Royal Mail. For tracking and delivery issues, contact us — we'll help sort it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tag A Paw is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use or loss of our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
