We want you to love your Tag A Paw piece. Everything is handmade to order and personalised for you, so here's exactly how returns work — clearly, and with no stress.
Personalised & made-to-order items Because every item is personalised and made to order, under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) personalised goods can't be returned or refunded for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — always covered If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Return shipping: FREE. We cover the cost of all return postage on faulty or incorrect items.
Lifetime Engraving Guarantee Our deep engraving is built never to fade. If it ever becomes unclear through a manufacturing fault (not normal wear), we'll replace it free — no time limit.
Normal wear and tear Everyday scratches or marks from regular use aren't covered, but our pieces are made to last for years.
